How Kidtra handles data about your children under 13.

Who creates accounts

Kidtra is operated for and by parents and legal guardians. Only adults create accounts. Children do not sign in, post content, or interact with Kidtra directly. We collect information about your children only because you, as the parent, enter it to manage your family logistics (school name, grade, allergies, doctor, emergency contacts).

What we collect about a child

The data fields you choose to enter on the Family Profile: first name, grade, school, allergies, pediatrician, and emergency contact. Nothing else. We do not collect a child's contact information, photos, geolocation, or device identifiers.

How we use that information

We use it only to render your dashboard, pre-fill school forms you upload, and route school-calendar events to the right child. We do not sell or share child data, and we do not use it for advertising or AI model training.

Parental rights

As the parent, you can review, edit, or delete any information about your child at any time from the Family Profile tab. Account deletion removes all of it. Email support@kidtra.com for any access or deletion request.

Data retention

Child data is retained only as long as you keep your account active. On account deletion, we permanently delete child records within 30 days.
