Does Kidtra read all my email?

No. Kidtra has its own inbox alias (e.g. u-...@inbox.kidtra.com). You set up a Gmail or Outlook filter to auto-forward school senders to that alias. Kidtra never sees your personal mail.

Can both parents use it?

Yes. Invite a co-parent from the dashboard. Both of you see and edit the same family.

What about kids data and COPPA?

Children do not interact with Kidtra; only parents create accounts. We collect only the fields you enter on the Family Profile. Full disclosure on /coppa.

Does it work with my school?

Any school that sends email or publishes an iCal calendar (most do, including most LMS and SIS platforms). If your school uses a portal-only model with no email or calendar export, paste the deadline manually for now.

When will pre-filled forms support e-signature?

E-sign is on the roadmap. For now, Kidtra fills the PDF and you print and sign, or open in your phone PDF tool to add a signature.
